With over 17 years of professional experience in the aviation industry, including time as an airline pilot, Fortune 50 corporate pilot, flight instructor, and military non-commissoned officer, Josh’s background allows for specialized attention to aviation and military to civilian transitions. His leadership background includes qualification as a Search and Rescue Incident Commander, numerous industry and technical advisory council positions, and non-profit corporate officer experience. Kirsten Shields

Merging a diverse communications, marketing, adult education, and non-profit leadership background, Kirsten’s experience includes specific focus on integrated marketing, brand management, social media, and customer engagement. For over 9 years, Kirsten has worked one-on-one with clients to create personal branding in the form of résumés, cover letters, portfolios, and online social media profiles.
